  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size and weight of your order. We offer free in-person delivery to South Hedland, 6722, and Port Hedland, WA 6721.
  • Dispatch Times: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of the order confirmation. The total time for delivery depends on the final destination and the efficiency of our courier service.
  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's progress.
  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from Country Rigs are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
